About the Company / Role

With major growth in Australia, there will be an opening for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist. Initially this is 12 month fixed-term contract and view to go permanent.

Reporting to TA Manager in Singapore and working with TA in Sydney office, you will be a lead TA where you will be responsible for finding Talent for all types of roles in product & technology, Operations, Corporate functions, Sales & Customer service across Australia businesses.

This is a great company, and you will have the autonomy to put your own stamp on this.

Some of the responsibilities will include: –

· Developing & executing innovative recruitment strategies.

· Partnering with the Business Leaders in Australia wide to understand the requirements, provide consultation and influencing on strategy, with priority pipelines, challenges, and solutions.

· Coaching stakeholders end to end and onboarding process.

· Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information

· Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate

· Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Ensure that compliance with process to onboarding through workday & other systems.

· Dealing with vendors and managing the external stakeholders

About you

We are open to applicants from agency and/ or TA background with 3 years + experience with passion to provide exceptional service & stakeholder engagement. You will be results orientated and demonstrate a high level of ownership. At any given time, you will be managing on average 15-20 roles so you will be highly organized and thrive under pressure and driven to meet deadlines.

Benefits

Flexible working arrangement is available based in Sydney.

Offering $85K – $100K + super (negotiable with experience)
