This global leading Tech company (USA Head office) & they have major growth in Sydney.
This is a contract role starting asap (quick interview process) up until 31st July 2022 view for extension.
Some of the responsibilities will include: –
· Developing & executing innovative recruitment strategies.
· Partnering with the Business Leaders to understand the requirements, provide consultation and influencing on strategy, with priority pipelines, challenges, and solutions.
· Coaching stakeholders end to end and onboarding process
· Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders
· Dealing with vendors and managing the external stakeholders with contingency and retained search firms
About you
We are open with TA candidates who enjoy & have passion for tech & providing best experience for candidates to onboard with the company. You will be results orientated and demonstrate a high level of ownership. At any given time, you will be managing on average 15-20 roles (permanent roles) so you will be highly organized and thrive under pressure and driven to meet deadlines.

Flexible working arrangement is available.
Offering $110 – $125 K + super (negotiable with experience)
