Multiple positions available, contracts varying from 3 – 6 months in this Government department. Work collaboratively with the team where you will draw on your previous experiences in customer service, call centre environments, data entry, along with great organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment in their Dubbo office.
Your responsibilities will be:
· Be the first point-of-contact for all enquiries internally and externally
· Respond to enquiries and requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information
· Provide high level administrative support to managers and the wider team
· Process high volume of transactions and enquiries with the service line
About you:
· Previous call centre experience (highly regarded)
· Agile minded and adaptable in a dynamic environment
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
Benefits:
3 month/6 month contracts
Start ASAP – once pre-employments checks are cleared
$29 – $37/hr + super
Hybrid working arrangements available or work full-time on-site at their Dubbo office
