Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Altona Permanent AU$120000.00 - AU$130000.00 per annum

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for the national end-to-end recruitment in the corporate area for Finance. You will partner with key business functions, partnering, influencing, and leading the hiring managers along the way. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have a strong sense of team, will be engaging and consultative. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication, operation and people skills will hold you in high regard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide a seamless end-to-end recruitment process including job brief, writing, and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, proactive sourcing, interviewing, creation of detailed candidate summaries, shortlisting, reference, and background checking, providing post interview feedback, and facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback.
  • Proactively manage and regularly liaise with pools of talent and search for new candidates using LinkedIn recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
  • Partner and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts.
  • Provide candidates an excellent customer experience.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues.
  • Participate in or identify and manage recruitment related projects that will ultimately improve the function, candidate, or customer experience.
