Main Responsibilities

• Supporting P&C & TA team to provide HR admin support
• Create and post job ads
• Facilitate interview process, screening, shortlisting, reference checking, compliance checks
• Participate and lead recruitment-related projects as required
• Provide support to reporting, metrics & support with training guides, online resources, branding materials

Skills and Experience

You will be a HR Graduate with a passion for recruitment, (at least 1 year experience), self-starter, with strong engagement & comfortable working with providing solutions & solving problems for various stakeholders. Great understanding of basic HR principles, shared service environment, and strong computer skills is required.
