Account Manager – Media Platform

We are looking for an Account Manager/Client Services Manager to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech startups.

Their software disrupts the out-of-home (OOH) media industry by empowering clients to maximise their digital OOH investments through data analytics and actionable intelligence.

With recently winning ‘Most Valuable Product in Tech for Asia Pacific’, being shortlisted for Mumbrellas ‘Best Marketing Tech of the Yr’, they are at the early stages of a great success story & they need motivated, innovative people to help scale their business. You’ll have a love for the fast-moving, ever-changing & growing tech space & be ready to put in the extra mile.

They have won majority market share in Australia and are used by every one of the top 10 OOH advertisers in Australia. This Account Manager will help nurture & grow these relationships. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, & help expand the usage of the platform across different business divisions.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

● 3+ years’ experience in media account management with client-facing experience

● Knowledge in out of home media, digital or ad ops is a bonus

● Have managed key client relationships and built excellent rapport on a day to day basis (ideally within agency groups OMG, GroupM, and IPG **or the likes of!*)

● Developed full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives and delivered on those needs

● Results-driven with and the demonstrable ability to meet and exceed KPIs

● Participated in client meetings, presentations and communications face to face

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● A positive and proactive attitude

Your responsibilities should include:

● Act as the main point across an extensive portfolio of clients;

● Servicing clients and resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner;

● Updating clients on new product launches and new potential revenue streams;

● Having a creative approach to sales and develop account strategies that maximize revenue-generating opportunities;

● Analyse campaign results and advise on campaign optimisation opportunities;

● Ensuring all campaign information is loaded correctly, resulting in no account queries;

Up to $85,000 + Super + Bonus.
