Salt is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work across the ANZ region for a successful online company that offers discounted benefits to Gen Z consumers.

Role
You will be responsible for growing members across ANZ and establishing, monitoring and optimising cross-channel growth performance. This will be achieved by partnering with agencies and in-house teams to increase brand exposure, acquire new members and retain current ones, whilst identifying gaps in the existing strategy.
Duties
· Identify, implement, test and measure new growth tactics and acquisition methods and ensure measurement systems in place are scalable and repeatable.
· Collaborate with the multi-channel team (Marketing, Content, Creative, Product & Tech) to develop growth ideas
· Oversee A/B tests and CRO initiatives and manage the relationship with your performance media agency in an end-to-end setting.
· Working with the Data & Analytics team to implement tracking, reporting and performance of your initiatives
Experience
· Currently in a Junior or Mid-level digital marketing position, agency, or client-side
· Proven experience in managing performance media campaigns
· Agency management experience
· Places high attention to detail, is data-driven and analytical on projects to create a positive impact on the businesses needs
· Communication skills to collaborate with different departments, to form and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships, whilst leading your team to get the most out of them.
· Flexible and adaptable, with an ability to respond to ever-changing needs of the business and creative business solutions

This role is offering an $80,000-$100,000 package, depending on experience.
