Aquisition Marketing Specialist

Salt has partnered with a big player in the Australian Retail game and is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join this constantly evolving FMCG company.

Our client is looking for an organised self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes initiative. As the Acquisition Marketing Specialist develop a strategic and data-led customer acquisition plan to grow the businesses email marketing program. You will be responsible for increasing acquisitions and growing the data base for the brand.

You will be responsible for:

• End-to-end development, implementation and management of acquisition and retention strategies for the business
• Project management of the cross-channel delivery of acquisition, campaigns, ensuring delivery is accurate, delivered on time and has gone through the appropriate approval channels
• Monitor, report and analyse performance of all acquisition campaigns and touchpoints, providing recommendations and testing strategies to improve performance
• Explore new opportunities to meet and/or exceed growth targets
• Collaborate and work closely with the digital marketing team and greater marketing teams on acquisition and retention strategies
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and champion best practice
• Perform other digital marketing duties as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager to support the overall Marketing Strategy

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce, acquisition, loyalty and retention
• Understands the fundamentals of email
• Consumer competition management experience
• Hands-on experience across digital acquisition channels will be an added bonus

This opportunity is an initial 6-month contract with the view to turn permanent, at an hourly rate of $360-410 depending on experience.
