My client is a leading Australian Retail/FMCG organisation. They seek a Marketing Campaign Manager who will embrace the growth opportunity available to them for this fast-paced business.

The key objective of the role is developing, planning, executing and measuring marketing plans, communications campaigns & projects which support the Marketing strategy and business objectives.

Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, executing and measuring winning end to end integrated marketing plans and communications
• Responsible for all aspects of advertising and promotion for Marketing & Communications to drive acquisition, retention and growth
• Effectively manages the relationship between agencies
• Responsible for the execution, with excellence, of the marketing communications plans.

Marketing Campaign Manager Requirements:

• 5 years’ plus in marketing roles focused on campaign execution
• Proven track record of success in the execution of through-the-line, brand and retail campaigns
• Experience managing and tracking budgets.
• Experience in shopper marketing highly regarded
• Self-starter – able to initiate ideas/problem solve with minimum supervision
• Degree Educated
• Qualification in Marketing
• Three to five years’ experience in a Marketing
