As the Conversion Optimisation (CRO) Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic success and tactical implementation of this boutique agencies client list, focusing on the growth of their online conversions. You will provide leadership and experience in helping to architect the ideal site experience using A|B and Multivariate testing, general UX consulting, and continuous website optimisation, with the support of strategist’s and UX’ers in the team.
You will be housed in a creative space in the heart of Darlinghurst with a client list that consists of some of Australia’s biggest brands; BMW, P&O Cruises, Universal Store… just to name a few.
We are looking for someone with experience taking a hypothesis-driven, data-centric approach with websites to improve the metrics that matter most to clients: Revenue, ROI, and Conversion Rates. You should have an understanding and hands-on experience with A|B and Multivariate testing, Split Testing, Website Analytics (Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc) and a systematic approach to arrive at a final experience that drives results, namely client revenue. You will be working alongside a team of strategists, account managers, designers and developers to carry out CRO campaigns.
