Customer & User Experience Lead

Sydney Permanent AU$125000.00 - AU$160000.00 per annum

With a vision of changing its media mix & nurturing their existing product owners, you will be instrumental in building an infrastructure where there are no dead ends with their experience & knowledge of the products. You will connect consumers’ needs with our product offerings to effortlessly solve their problems in the digital channel of their choice, with the view to drive acquisitions & increase the positive experience that comes with the brand.

What will your key accountability’s be?

  • Combine the owner’s insights with industry best practices to create an online experience that scales cross-category penetration.
  • Devise the strategy & annual plan to deliver seamless & intuitive online user & customer experience.
  • Create an annual content plan with your team, that marries with insights and SEO best practice to significantly improve bounce rates and time on site.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to uncover gaps in the UX & strategise to fill voids in online experiences & missed opportunities for product sales.
  • Coach & mentor your team of content & CRM Specialist’s – manage deliverables & standard of work expectations.
  • Work with brand, events and digital teams to develop an annual plan of activities that encourages existing owners to put their hands up so they go from unknown to known.

Your experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing (ideally loyalty or customer/user experience) role, client-side or agency
  • Proven ability to project manage and drive projects from conception through implementation and to analyse post-campaign results
  • Solid knowledge of all digital marketing channels, tactics, and their roles
  • Experience using data & analytics tools and CMS platforms
  • Experience in using first party and third party data to improve the relevancy of comms
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in marketing and campaigns, with specific experience in CMS and SEO.
  • Proven experience in turning data into engagement strategies that meet consumer’s needs and deliver meaningful traffic.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
