As an ecommerce Data Analyst, you will work closely with strategists and designers to analyze consumer purchase data and provide meaningful insights to increase the merchandising, user experience and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Analyse click-based and consumption data to identify insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
Use web analytics tolls like Adobe analytics to generate web performance reports and customer segmentation
Analyze data traffic, and use statistical techniques to generate insights
Performance analysis for various types of campaigns, i.e. CRM campaign through SAP Hybris platform, landing page personalisation campaign through Adobe Analytics.
Run web analytics tag audit for digital media campaign tag and web analytics tag
Utilise analytic tools or your own SQL query based on the given dataset
verifying key performance indicators and optimising target marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in similar field
Extensive experience in Adobe analytics and google analytics
Experience in campaign analysis using Google AdWords/ Double Click / Facebook Ad / CRM campaign
Experience in SQL and using dashboard tools
Experience with analytics code tagging and auditing (Google Tag manager, FB Pixel, GG UTM Tag)
Beneficial to have R and python coding skills to automate data processing
Background in marketing agency, consulting is beneficial
Excellent communication and presentation skills
