Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate the content, targeting and scheduling of campaigns across email mainly, but also paid media and other online channels
Coordinate standardised campaign programs including catalogue, offer specials, newsletters, lifecycle, product, and channel-specific campaigns.
Manage the campaign brief workflow process, supporting the Channel, Marketing, Merchandise and Promotions teams to plan targeted communications to relevant shoppers.
Create insights from data to develop actionable recommendations based on product purchase behaviour, frequency, and Lifetime Value for use in CRM planning and campaign targeting.
Experience
Digital or email marketing campaign experience, with a focus on customer journey’s.
Demonstrated experience delivering a return on investment from marketing initiatives.
Experience working with Multi-Channel Campaign Management solutions such as IBM Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, or similar.
