Digital Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for a junior Campaign Coordinator who is customer-centric and passionate about creating content across digital channels, to influence consumer shopping behaviour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the content, targeting and scheduling of campaigns across email mainly, but also paid media and other online channels
• Coordinate standardised campaign programs including catalogue, offer specials, newsletters, lifecycle, product, and channel-specific campaigns.
• Manage the campaign brief workflow process, supporting the Channel, Marketing, Merchandise and Promotions teams to plan targeted communications to relevant shoppers.
• Create insights from data to develop actionable recommendations based on product purchase behaviour, frequency, and Lifetime Value for use in CRM planning and campaign targeting.

Experience

• Digital or email marketing campaign experience, with a focus on customer journey’s.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a return on investment from marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with Multi-Channel Campaign Management solutions such as IBM Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, or similar.
