eCommerce Customer Service Executive

My client is a market leader withing the Retail/FMCG space.

They are about to launch an eCommerce project which will get a pillar of their business on an eCommerce platform

They are looking for a Digital Customer Service Operator to service both retailers and shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Satisfactorily resolve shopper enquiries (technical and order), via live chat, phone and or e-mail
• Effectively manage shopper and retailer conflict resolution
• Ensure shopper orders are processed by retailers, correctly and within SLA’s
• Support Digital Operations Co-Ordinator to onboard retailers
• Actively sell outbound sales programs to drive sustainable business growth
• Manage product taxonomy updates
• Process and manage refunds & chargebacks
• Ensure professional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders

Desired Experience:

• Excellent/Professional written and verbal communication when dealing with shopper, retailers, internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced computer skills & the ability to work well under pressure
• Outbound selling experience
• Experience in a high-volume, digital call centre
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Liquor industry experience desirable
