Digital Marketing Manager – Retail – Sydney

A leading global retailer is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team. Joining this fast paced, entrepreneurial business you will be responsible for the management of the digital channels such as, website, SEM, SEO, Social etc

The objective is the role is to continue to drive the website and online presence to deliver a simple, exciting and effective channel for new and existing customers to discover the wealth of information required to serve the customer’s needs.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Digital Transformation Manager and other senior members of the team, you will Lead the development of campaign assets/pages on website
• Coordinate the update of pricing on the website – with the retail team, brand communications and sales team
• Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
• Work with SEO agency to deliver continual improvement to SEO presence.
• Manage CRO process on Key pages
• Ensure site operation of digital hygiene KPIs – Site speed, bounce rates etc

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level
• 4-6 years hands-on operational experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing.
• Sound understanding of broad digital marketing principals
• Hands on experience with AEM platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Strong experience working with agencies
