As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the digital marketing and loyalty functions for one of Australian’s most reputable pharmaceutical retailers. This role will be key in understanding, mapping and personalising the digital customer journeys through hands-on use of the Oracle Marketing Cloud technology stack. This role will also be responsible for driving further growth of eCommerce sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Personalisation of Digital Customer Journeys
Translating our customer strategy into digital customer journeys across touchpoints
Develop engaging customer journeys increasing stickiness and brand engagement
Creation of digital asset variants independently and in collaboration with studio teams
Digital analytics of customer journeys and data sets to drive improvements in conversion rates
Implementation of personalisation using Oracle Marketing Cloud technologies for website (Maxymiser)
Contribute to the execution of the customer segmentation strategy across loyalty, website and digital advertising channels through using CX Audiences
Digital Campaigns & SEO
Manage the creation and execution of digital campaign assets (display, trueview, search, social, stocard, app, eDM) in alignment with the digital campaign calendar through liaising with internal design teams, external agencies, and other supplier partners.
Assist in managing the budgets for digital campaigns and digital supplier partners
Manage the end to end creation of digital assets for multiple websites in line with the digital campaign calendar
Managing all digital campaign assets on websites, social media and other channels
Website
Manage the day to day website operation of the ecommerce website
Contribute to the build of a variety of webpage assets and pages across websites
Assist in analytics of website activity and reporting
What’s your experience?
You’ll ideally have 3+yrs experience in an omnichannel digital marketing role; agency or clientside.
Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices with proven results.
Strong experience using multiple digital marketing channels & functions; SEM, eDM, CMS, Display, Social Media etc.
Good level of competency in CSS, HTML * Creation of digital assets, copywriting, creative (adobe suite) ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’re confident in your own ability & take control of your personal agenda & to-do list; while leaning on your strong support system when needed.
