eCommerce Coordinator

The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for daily eCommerce support tasks, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting the ecommerce & digital transformation teams.

You’ll be contributing to a large ecom project for one of Australian’s most commonly used supermarkets.

**Pls note; this is an initial 3month contract & based in Macquarie Park.

A snapshot of some of your responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue reporting
• Price Maintenance
• Product curation
• SEO Content & Management
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure products and categories are updated
• Effectively identify and troubleshoot e-commerce issues

What does your experience look like?

• 1-2 years’ experience working in an online / ecommerce environment
• Highly analytical and tech savvy.
• Well organised and attentive to detail.
• Passion for SEO and data-driven content marketing.
• Great communication skills and a team player.
• A positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of consumers including their shopping habits, cultural interests, speech and use of technology.
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines.
• Experience using CMS platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords & Google Search Console.
• Understanding of customer life cycle and email marketing principles.
