eCommerce Manager

My client is a globally recognized, Australian beauty brand who are looking for an eCommerce Manager to manage their USA site.

This is a position that will focus of website performance through UX, UI, CRO and email marketing.

eCommerce Manager responsibilities include:

• Optimise sites for UX, UI and Conversions
• Manage the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
• Build and execute eMail marketing strategies, review and optimise existing funnels, set-up new funnels, segment, analyse, optimise and report
• Manage the Company’s digital interfaces with internal and external parties, including internal accounting, external retailers and third-party logistics suppliers
• Review and recommend tactics for E-Commerce platforms to drive profitability
• Website analytics

eCommerce Manager requirements:

• Experience in an eCommerce role, preferably in a consumer goods/beauty environment
• Solid coding skills
• Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results
• Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and data analytics
• CRM/email marketing experience
• Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
• A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude
