eCommerce Operations Executive

My client is a market leader withing the Retail/FMCG space.

They are about to launch an eCommerce project which will get a pillar of their business on an eCommerce platform

They are looking for a Digital Operations Executive that will be responsible for the day to day operation and execution of E-commerce and Rewards platforms, as well as the support for the Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shopper journey and back end of online store (CMS), including product updates and uploads, promotional/ campaign management, content pages, blogs and shopper facing information
• Support development of website and social media strategies to grow the effectiveness of the Marketplace and store network, owning and managing the rollout
• Develop, execute and report on social media campaigns across targeted social media channels. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, develop and implement online traffic acquisition strategy by aligning online marketing activity with store marketing activity including eDM, CRM, SEO/SEM, Paid, Social and Content
• Execute loyalty program promotion calendar across owned channels
• Analyse website and marketplace performance through Google and Adobe Analytics and provide recommendations to drive online conversion and sales.
• Ensure e-commerce and loyalty platforms offer adaptability to grow within an ever-changing technological world, delivering growth in revenue for Retailers

Desired candidate:

• Experience working in a Digital/eCommerce environment
• Experience working with CRM platforms
• Degree in business management, information technology or related discipline
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite to create / edit online marketing material
• Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy and an eye for good design aesthetics
• A high level of written and oral communication skills enabling you to work with stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced and environment
