Our client is a worldwide leader in the financial services field who have grown exponentially in the last month following an acquisition.

As part of this growth, they are looking to strengthen their digital marketing team with an Email Marketing Specialist.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of direct marketers with experienced team members to leverage off.

The purpose of the role

To create high converting email campaigns leveraging data, machine-based learning, AI and well-constructed EDMs to maximise revenue.

A typical day may include:

• Building, executing and reporting on email campaigns
• Segmenting, targeting and testing email campaigns (A/B and multivariate)
• Manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real-time targeting recommendations including design with support from the creative team
• Create and optimise automated campaigns that drive improved performance and efficiency throughout each stage of the customer journey
• Establish measurement frameworks for all email, SMS and automation activity and reporting regularly on performance

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in managing EDM and digital marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the set-up, execution, and ongoing optimisation of EDM marketing campaigns.

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

• Tertiary Degree in Marketing
