About the role
The Employee Communications Lead will drive the businesses employee communications channel and content strategies, as part of the employee communications strategy, and lead its corporate channel management team.
What you’ll do
Lead a team responsible for the corporate employee communications channels, ensuring they are optimised for engagement and the content is reflective of our strategic priorities and narrative.
Embed their refreshed tone of voice and editorial principles in all corporate employee communications.
Enhance and oversee the brands ecosystem of employee channels and programs, aligned to the employee communications strategy Deliver associated projects and programs of work that relate to our employee content and channels.
Lead the development of the employee communications channel roadmap and partner with N&IT on delivery.
Oversee the development and execution of content plans for priority moments including major company announcements.
Coach and develop team members to drive high performance and engagement.
Work with colleagues across the Content & Channels team to surface and apply learnings from external channels in order to achieve greater engagement from internal audiences.
Develop and execute activities to build greater understanding and capability in employee communications strategy across the Communications team.
Share performance insights and best practice across the Communications team to drive continuous improvement.
