Global Operations Manager & Salesforce Admin

This tech start-up has taken over Australia snappy quick & with a recent launch into the UK already making tracks, the USA next on the horizon; they are in major need of a Global Operations Manager to develop and optimise operations & processes to set them up for success & enable them to run fast & continue growing.

They are an order & pay solution designed to help release pressure of hospitality staff & increase the overall dining & service experience for diners. They have gone from strength to strength through the pandemic & it’s only the beginning.

What you will do?

• You will design & implement processes for the sales team, activations & new client onboarding, account management & then localise it for each new market.
• You will implement & improve workflows & usability on their CRM (Salesforce). You must be capable of basic Salesforce Administrative changes.
• You will the conduit & link between various business divisions; ensuring a holistic perspective to their end-to-end operations.
• You will roll out best practices & ensure the foundations are laid for steady growth. Can you make the team’s jobs easier? Can you make the onboarding process more efficient for new clients? It’s all up to you.

You are the ‘go to’ person for how to get things done and you are skilled at working collaboratively and training others. You see the bigger picture & are able to lay the bricks to get there!

Outside of who you are, you’re also a bit of the below:

• Cross-functional collaborator with a bias for action. You’ve successfully designed & implemented processes & operational best practices for a start-up or organisation that was restructuring.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce and Tableau, owning the development and implementation of new processes and workflows (this is a must!)
• 4+ years experience in operations, consulting, or project management. Preferably within a start-up or lean team.

& some brownie points:

– Experience with Formstack, SQL & Python
