Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, as the brand new Growth & Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building & defining the digital performance roadmap & success metrics for all paid media campaigns. You’ll have complete ownership across paid channels & work with the new marketing team to ensure a cohesive & successful approach to paid, owned & earned strategy.

Although this role is analytical, strategic, and all about data-backed decisions, you will manage the day-to-day execution & optimisation of campaigns, accelerating growth both locally & globally.

So, if you’ve got 5+years experience managing end-to-end performance media campaigns, we want to hear from you.

You’ll have strong analytical skills, be hands-on in media platforms like Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager & Social. Experience in CRM platforms & a proven record of generating growth from this channel is going to be your brownie points. Budget management, ownership & a proactive, can-do attitude is a must!
