The role of the Marketing Automation Manager spearheads our clients’ ambitions to create world-class digital engagement and retention experiences across their portfolio of health & wellness brands.
Leading their Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Audience Studio and Google Analytics 360 stack, you seek to drive substantial performance across the business; architecting and optimising always-on journeys, communications and campaigns.
You are passionate about customer experience, and consistently review, distill and act on analysis and insight to drive new iterative improvements and test out hypotheses. Sitting within the Customer team, you will manage a small team that delivers efficient and personalised communications to our members; across email, mobile and web. This includes incorporating data attributes, segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data-driven decisions to optimise cross-platform campaigns.
You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting and solving platform and campaign issues including liaising with support, and also for ensuring their Google Analytics 360 tags and data layers are firing correctly to understand and optimise user journeys.

You’ll have the ability to understand business requirements, in turn providing simple and impactful solutions at a Group level, and prioritising work that achieves the biggest return on investment. You will interface across several third-party partners and internal teams including Data Infrastructure, Marketing, Product, IT, Customer Insights, Legal, Analytics & FP&A, and so you’ll need to be competent at managing and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
You would have ideally been in a lead role & responsible for both strategy & execution. With 5+ huge brands under this umbrella, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated experience juggling multiple projects for various brands – whether that be agency exposure or experience within a group.
