To continue with their exciting growth plans they are looking to strengthen their digital marketing team with an Email Marketing Specialist focusing on retention of customers.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of direct marketers with experienced team members to leverage off.

The Role …

Will be hands-on developing and executing the Retention and Renewals strategy for our clients email subscription business.

• With support of a dedicated Copywriter you will develop retention strategies to drive incremental customer renewal rates
• Undertake audience segmentation to develop highly targeted email offers
• Communicate retention and renewals campaigns and offers with the wider team

• Experience in designing, developing and executing automated marketing campaigns
• Experience with list building and audience segmentation skills
• Highly analytical skills with the capability to manage large datasets
• Campaign performance reporting identifying key performance metrics
• WordPress or other CMS knowledge an advantage
• Adobe, Photoshop or InDesign skills

This role offers a highly competitive salary of $100k + super + performance incentive
