As the Marketing Manager, focused on the reseller segment (accountants and bookkeepers), you will develop and execute marketing campaigns and experiences to grow product uptake and expand product suite usage with their existing customer base in their Australian portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver highly relevant and personalised campaigns to existing advisor customers to increase product uptake. This will involve designing targeted tactics and messaging for various segments, based on data-backed insights and product usage patterns.
Work closely with the advisor acquisition marketing team to ensure synergy across the various campaigns and communications.
Develop relevant campaign sales collateral to support the Australian sales teams.
Leverage insights and data to influence the product roadmap to address product gaps and improve customer retention.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage global best practices to deeply embed customers into the product to drive activation and active usage.
Track and manage associated leads to ensure being actioned by the respective sales teams.
Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree with at least 3 years managing marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, copy, in-product display etc) Ideally within the B2B space.
Understanding of marketing automation frameworks and platforms
Experience in working with channel/reseller partners preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, juggling internal & external stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
Customer-focused – tenacious about understanding customer behaviors, and passionate about delighting customers at every touchpoint they have.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans.
