Performance Lead

Our client manages one of the largest electronic consumer goods companies globally and they are looking for a Performance Lead to help them grow within the digital performance space.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Digital Director, this position will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of the campaign management processes
• Identification of new paid media business opportunities
• Contributing to the overall paid media strategy and optimisation of paid media, streamlining processes

Experience

The successful candidate will hold:

• Solid experience in performance marketing, specifically SEM, social as well as programmatic media buying
• A successful track record in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally at a managerial or director level.
• New business development skills

• Superior written and verbal communication, which will be needed for client relationship building.
• Fabulous negotiation, influencing and presentation skills for new business pitches

This role is offering a salary package of $100,000 – $130,000 (flexible) including Superannuation.
