Performance Manager

Fast-growing Sydney digital marketing agency are looking for an experienced and highly talented Performance Media Manager to join their high performing team.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally from a client-facing agency role, with a successful track record of leading accounts and achieving outstanding results. This means you will be confident in your own ability and be an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and also in written communications.

As a performance media manager, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation, execution, and performance of the paid traffic strategy in line with the specific objectives of the client and team.

This will involve all paid traffic channels for a variety of clients across multiple industries and with varying budgets.

The right candidate will, therefore, have experience in advanced search engine marketing including the use of the DoubleClick AI technology platform (or similar), paid media and paid social media marketing. You will also act as a mentor to more junior members of the team and support the Head of Performance Media.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a Performance Media strategy that meets and exceeds business objectives and KPI targets
• Manage annual seven-figure budgets
• Planning, creating and implementing paid social media campaigns on the main social media networks
• Implementation of accurate and effective conversion tracking
• Optimise accounts to improve performance and meet and exceed KPI targets
• Produce reports, insights and recommendations for your performance media strategy with actionable commercial insights from the data
• Support the Head of Performance Media in the training and development of junior team members
• Platforms: Google Ads, Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Bing, DoubleClick, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Google Analytics.
