PPC Lead

Following a successful IPO my client is entering a high growth phase and as such are looking to scale out their marketing function with the appointment of their very first PPC Lead.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a luxury online fashion business that is on the cusp of taking the market by storm.

Working with a sizeable budget the PPC Lead will help develop and implement PPC strategies across all search and paid platforms including Facebook and Google.

You will be running paid search campaigns across multiple engines and markets. You will delve deep into the data to see what is working as well as what isn’t whilst working closely with the wider marketing team to come up with new ideas for PPC.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the implementation and development of PPC Campaigns to sustain and grow customer acquisition
• Deliver regular performance reports, prepare ad-hoc performance and initiative materials for presentation to internal stakeholders
• Participate in the development of marketing plans for customer acquisition and ensuring the plan is actioned with respect to managing campaigns, promotions, PPC – Google & Facebook Ad campaigns
• Analyse activity and performance of PPC campaigns and report findings
• Develop a thorough target audience and optimal customer mix
• Monitor paid search budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Search Engine Marketing and Google Analytics, including Google 360 suite of products
• Experience running large enterprise-level paid marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Expert level experience with paid advertising channels such as Facebook and Google
• Experience with programmatic marketing
• Demonstrated experience using business intelligence reporting tools and developing insights
• Experiencing using data and insights to inform strategy and improve products
