Senior Field Marketing Specialist

Salt has partnered with a huge digital infrastructure company that enables digital leaders to harness a trusted platform to bring together and interconnect the foundational infrastructure that powers their success.

The Marketing Senior Specialist will serve as one of the primary liaisons between the Sales and Marketing teams. You will lead and implement digital acquisition and demand generation campaigns/events to accelerate the sales cycle for prospective clients as they look to increase market share growth. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for local AU key influencers and decision-makers working closely with the in-country marketing manager.

What you will be doing:

• Run end-to-end lead flow process from Marketing through to Sales in order to improve lead conversion and account engagement rates for the market
• Complete rolling plans across online and offline channels, target verticals, and metros in alignment with sales and to agreed targets and objectives
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, and report success via key metrics
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support cross-function cohesion and team effectiveness
• Utilise regional and global marketing resources to address local market needs without activating large budgets

To be successful you will:

• Have 5+ years B2B tech marketing or agency experience with degree or equivalent
• Experience across: campaign building, event management, social media marketing, content syndication, ABM, account engagement strategies, lead generation programs
• Be highly motivated with the ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
• Have high levels of accountability and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills are a requirement and the ability to bring new insights whilst handling multiple tasks to strict timelines
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Have some experience working with remote teams
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Marketo, SFDC, CAT, Linkedin campaign management, Google Adwords are a benefit but not essential
• Be self-motivated, resourceful, and be able to prioritise
• Be technically savvy and eager to learn

This role is a 10-month contract, at $70/hr – $89/hr + Super. It is a flexible WFH opportunity so if you are interested or know someone who is please reach out for a chat!
