The Role
Owns all ROW SEO & content marketing with key success metrics being GNS (gross new subscribers), revenue, conversion and CPA.
Own channel planning and forecasting on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis, including managing budgets to ensure efficient CPA
Strategic thinking – developing 1 & 3 yr plans for SEO & Content marketing with a focus on growth and expansion.
Collaborate with External vendors/Agency partners to drive goals and focus on driving efficiency.
Lead the prioritisation, development and implementation of new content & content changes within our Content Management System
Develop a digital marketing strategy covering SEO, Content marketing to drive customer growth & revenue.
Work closely with Paid Media, Social and internal & external Design teams to improve our Owned and Earned presence
Ensure CMS and other web tools meet local needs while driving alignment with international and corporate teams
Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy with a focus on Mobile web/App.
Strong focus on technical SEO, on-page website SEO optimisation to drive organic traffic and ROI maximisation
Direct and coordinate content teams for content requirements (QRC) & off-page search engine optimisation tasks like link-building, forum commenting, etc.
Ensure that all web pages have required tracking and SEO elements working closely with the Web Analytics and SEO teams
Define and drive rapid testing plans for continuous site optimisation and usability improvements, including reporting results, learning’s & next step
Collaborate with central & global teams to build world-class practices in Web Development and SEO
Evaluate content copy and creative execution and provides constructive feedback to agencies
Use learning tools effectively to support decision making, e.g., A / B testing and experimentation
Build and develop a high performing team that is engaged and motivated to deliver excellent business results across the entire organisation
Exhibit a passion for innovation, as well as a tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer experience, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term.
Skills Required
+7 years experience in digital marketing
Outstanding team player with a client partnership mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and agency partners
Customer-focused – tenacious about understanding customer, and passionate about delighting customers at every touchpoint they have with Intuit.
An understanding of UX concepts and ability to work with designers to create engaging pages
Experience with user testing and A/B testing, visual and interaction design experience a plus
Experience using web analytic tools (esp. Adobe site catalyst) to identify improvement areas and to measure test results
Analytic mindset – Be able to support your case for change with data, and structure tests that deliver conclusive and actionable outcomes. Continuously learn with rapid experimentation.
Effective communicator at all levels in the organisation, including executives.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment focused on growth
Prior work experience in African & Asian markets will be an added bonus
