This National Leader in Real Estate has the opportunity to re-shape re-jig their marketing division & with a huge push & focus on growing their digital assets & ROI, they’re in need of a Social Media Manager to take ownership of the channels across brand awareness & acquisitions.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager & sitting within a wider marketing & creative division, you’ll have all the required resources at arms reach.

Key responsibilities:

• Represent the estate agenct by building their social media presence – paid & organic.
• Participate in media planning and content strategies; delivering insights on your campaigns to increase ROI & brand awareness in conjunction with business goals.
• Create high quality, engaging content, relevant to various social platforms
• Community management – engage in conversations & discussions with customers & clients.
• Oversee their customer service strategy & expectations across all social platforms
• Conduct social audits across office/agent pages, and provide coaching to staff on opportunities to improve

Who are you?

• 4+yrs in a similar end-to-end Social Media position.
• Your ideas are backed by data, & you love turning that into insights & planning for future campaigns.
• You’ve worked with a creative team & understand design principles, & ideally, have some hands-on capabilities yourself.
• Ownership – you’re capable of bringing your ideas to life & managing their end-to-end rollout.
• Experience working with franchisee owners & various stakeholders will be a huge added bonus!

These guys run a very mature & trustworthy working environment, when you’re not in their spacious, New York loft-style building in Pyrmont, you’ll have the opportunity to WFH a few days a week.
