With offices around the globe, this agency is focused on increasing customers’ digital experiences for one of the world’s most renowned consumer tech brands. And as they grow exponentially, they are after an energetic Account Manager for New Business to join the team.

The Account Director of New Business primary role is to retain and develop business by understand the clients needs and deliver the right solutions that are both compelling and effective. You will report to the Head of Client Services, it will be your responsibility to own and execute campaigns.

About You

Be vibrant and dynamic with strong aptitude in developing and build moving campaigns. We drive people to store through traditional advertising, digital, social and experiential and drive conversion with our field sales force, in-store marketing and retail, of which you will be a leader and an orchestrator!

What does your day-to-day look like

• Orchestrate the delivery of communication activities for the Client across channels;
• Lead the strategy, development and success criteria for assigned client(s);
• Ensure a high level of strategic, creative and digital implementation outputs;
• Oversee the production process, ensure the smooth follow and timely delivery;
• Collaborates effectively with Agency’s partners;
• Drives measurement and evaluation of all activities;
• Develops strong, trusting relationships between Client and Agency teams, providing leadership and support during strategy development, ideation and execution;
• Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting

Your background and experience

• 6-8 years’ experience in Account Management with at least 1-2 years in an Account Director role with Integrated marketing experience
• Having worked with clients in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Alcohol/beverages is a strong plus
• Experience handling multiple accounts at once
• Previous experience in new business development and pitching would be advantageous

With aspirations to expand their service offering to other consumer-focused brands, and broaden their service suite; you’ll need to be an opportunist and be excited about the prospect of growing with this already successful and well-regarded agency.
