Our enterprise client is on the hunt for a motivated Account Executive to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career and maximise their earning potential. It is likely that this position will turn into a permanent position, so the ideal candidate needs to be a driven team player with a desire to succeed in the tech industry.
This role, unlike the typical “Account Exec” opportunities on the market, will require someone with a hunter mentality. The successful candidate will be predominantly chasing new business and should be excited to win new business and provide accurate solutions.
Ideally you will have experience in solution selling, Saas or Software sales
Understands data and analytics- the customer journey is important to you, and you are well equipped when it comes to pulling numbers to strategize and produce best outcomes
You are comfortable in a client facing role and know how to keep your audience engaged
Adaptable, quick learner with an ability to obtain important information (It is important to note that you will have extensive support and training to set you up for success)
Love working in a fun, fast paced team environment
Self starter! Happy to cold call and send out cold emails while utilising any warm leads that do come across your desk.
3-4+ years in a client facing sales role in tech/software industry
Experience selling software, digital marketing or similar
Able to put together a sales pitch and present to customers (utilising your team of tech savvy professionals, you are always set up for success! You just need to be comfortable in front of an audience)
Proven sales track record
Negotiation skills and clear understanding of the sales cycle (start to finish)
Knows where to look for new business and how to engage potential clients and customers. Research is key and the right candidate will enjoy deep diving into business profiles.
