About the role:

The client is seeking a talented and resourceful Agency Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Sydney Australia. They are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the world of Programmatic Advertising and Big Data, along with a desire to continue to grow and sharpen their sales skills.

You will:

· Be 60% hunter, 40% farmer

· Strong desire for BD and other forms of networking

· Nurture and grow select key agency groups and trading desks that currently partner with the company.

· Be responsible for new relationships and growth strategies among targeted agency groups and trading desks.

· Be driven, embody strong relationship building skills, have solid written and verbal communication skills, and be a proactive team player

· Be sales driven and hungry to hit targets and KPIs that are aligned with the Australia and New Zealand region.

· Nurture and manage existing agency groups and trading desk business, relationships, and overall satisfaction.

· Identify, develop, and grow new relationships with agency groups and trading desks based on a targeted list.

· As the data strategist and data specialist for your clients, you will continuously analyze various data points, such as client level data, agency data and brand account activity, to make informed recommendations and decisions.

What you have:

· 3-4 years Sales/Account Management experience with BA degree or equivalent practical experience.

· Strong understanding of the programmatic & data ecosystems.

· Existing Agency/Trading Desk contacts preferred.

· Proficient with MS Office, strong technical aptitude.

· Able to work within a complex ecosystem and deal with ambiguity.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships with high standards of professionalism.

· Desire to grow into a larger role within the organization.
