Due to phenomenal growth, they are looking to expand their presence in Australia even further with a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their Brisbane team.

This role is targeted toward individuals who are self-starters and have the tenacity and the drive to succeed. You will be detail-oriented, can prioritise workloads effectively, have a strong work ethic, and have a natural desire and passion to build great relationships with customers.

What will you do in this role?

  • Generate leads and contact prospective partners through outbound outreach
  • Qualify warm leads and manage and drive the sales process
  • Perform product demos, identify partners’ needs & solve their pain points with the product
  • Assist partners with onboarding
  • Represent the brand and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Document and track commercial activities through the dedicated CRM

Ideal Skillset:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Previous Business Development/outbound prospecting experience in the marketplace, B2B SaaS software or e-commerce sectors
  • You’re a solid negotiator who adopts a consultative sales approach
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
