Inbound Sales Representative

We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing (and established!) Saas tech start-up as an Inbound Lead Representative that will be solely focused on converting warm leads. The ideal candidate will understand the nature of sales but doesn’t have to necessarily be intensely sales focused. This role is all about building rapport with customers and converting leads. Are you driven and motivated to get your foot in the door in the tech/saas industry and liaise with some of the most influential players in the health and wellness industry? This role is what you have been waiting for!

Alongside your proactive nature, you are a confident communicator and enjoy client and customer interaction and are familiar with KPI driven environments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic work space that would see you carrying out a number of cross functional duties and learning from experienced professionals.


  • Meet KPI’s and Targets
  • Manage Inbound Leads and Opportunities
  • Convert leads into business through the entire sales cycle
  • Consult with partners and assist with product demos, problem solving etc.
  • Assist partners throughout each stage of the end to end sales cycle
  • Recognise sales opportunities and offer knowledge to clients on how to improve their processes and outcomes using the software
  • Document and track progress and relevant material through CRM

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years Experience in a sales/ KPI driven environment and understand the fundamental components involved in winning and obtaining inbound leads
  • Phone based support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
  • Experience working with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms or a strong understanding of the tech start up landscape with motivation to build a career in said field.
