Responsibilities:

• Meet KPI’s and Targets
• Manage Inbound Leads and Opportunities
• Convert leads into business through the entire sales cycle
• Consult with partners and assist with product demos, problem solving etc.
• Assist partners throughout each stage of the end to end sales cycle
• Recognise sales opportunities and offer knowledge to clients on how to improve their processes and outcomes using the software
• Document and track progress and relevant material through CRM

What you will bring:

• Graduates welcome! Ideally with a bachelors degree or relevant field of study
• 1-2+ years Experience in a sales/ KPI driven environment and understand the fundamental components involved in winning and obtaining inbound leads
• Phone based support experience
• Experience in the events space, highly advantageous!
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
• Experience working with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms or a strong understanding of the tech start up landscape with motivation to build a career in said field
