12-Month Contract – Sydney $70k + Super (paid on daily rate) + Commission (30k OTE)
Our client is a global computer software giant, whose reputation precedes them. They are leaders in their field in their digital product offering and are now looking for a dedicated BDR to join their existing high-performing sales team in Sydney on a 12-month contract.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience delivering a consultative sales approach to qualify warm leads for the sales team. You will be the face of the business and the first employee prospects will get to speak to.
What will you be doing?
Qualify warm leads to generate high-value opportunities in the Sales pipeline.
Research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
Adopt a consultative sales approach to uncover your client’s goals, and objectives to recommend a solution.
Make outbound outreach to prospective clients to book appointments for the sales team
Setup, attend & run qualification meetings with customers alongside the Account Executives
Who are you?
Track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment
Effective communicator who is inquisitive, not afraid to ask questions
Proven sales skills in delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
A team player – able to work successfully with other members of the sales team and enjoy collaborating to achieve objectives.
Proactive – you can work quickly and diligently to complete tasks and have great time management skills
