Client Manager

Salt has partnered with a rapidly growing tech start-up who sit in between tech and media and are looking to establish their business platform in the Australian Market. To build on their existing success overseas, they are looking to hire a dedicated Client/ Account Manager to join their team here in Sydney.

You will be successful in this role by utilising your relationship building skills. You must have a high level of organisation and strategic thinking capabilities, with an aptitude to learn. Account Management experience is a must, and communication skills are key! Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring they are getting the most out of their product
• Manage client portfolios for new and existing business
• Be a point of contact for your accounts- must have a strong understanding of the technology and be able to discuss with clients in a detailed manor.
• Recognise upsell and cross sell opportunities with existing businesses
• Organise and schedule meetings to provide support and guidance, renewal, advertising etc.
• Analyse data sets and provide relevant feedback to your clients to ensure they are reaching their full potential as a customer
• Record and report accurate content in the CRM system
• Manage multiple projects at a time and collaborate with your team accordingly

Experience:

• 3-4 years experience in client services or account management
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working across project management and understand how to lead multiple projects at a time
• Clear communicator with strong relationship building skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience working across a digital media landscape (CMS, Social Media, Websites, Google Analytics, Dashboards).
• KPI driven and ready for a challenge
• Must be organised, attentive, hard working and can work under pressure.
