This top tier professional services firm have been servicing their global client base for half a century.

Due to their continued success, they have some exciting expansion plans for 2021 and as such are looking to add 2 Client Relationship Managers to their established account management team.

Role

You will be joining an existing team of client relationship managers and be working to establish, foster and develop relationships across a dedicated portfolio of clients.

This role is a proactive account management role. We’re looking for a client-centric Account Manager rather than a new business hunter.

From day one you will be provided with extensive training on the product whilst inheriting a portfolio of 60-100 clients located across the APAC region inc Aus, NZ, Singapore and Hong Kong.

This company operate a subscription-based model and you will be measured against three main metrics:

  • Renewals
  • Client satisfaction
  • Up-sell

Experience and attributes

We’re looking for a polished and professional Account Manager with experience of managing corporate clients at C-suite level.

  • 2 years+ of B2B account management or sales experience
  • Ability to give product presentations across all levels of an organisation up to C-Level
  • Ability to engage with clients across a variety of industries
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets

They offer a generous salary with a realistic 1st year OTE of $90k, and 2nd year in excess of $100k.
