This top tier professional services firm have been servicing their global client base for half a century.

Due to their continued success, they have some exciting expansion plans for 2021 and as such are looking to add 2 Client Relationship Managers to join their major accounts team.

The Role

• Account manage a portfolio of the firms most valuable clients
• Develop and implement effective strategies and plans that align with client issues and priorities
• Identify new business opportunities within your client group
• Ensure client service requests are fulfilled
• Develop and build direct relationships with clients in order to best understand their issues to tailor the company’s services

Experience and attributes

We’re looking for a polished and professional Account Manager with experience of managing corporate clients at C-suite level.

• 2 years+ of B2B account management experience
• Ability to give product presentations across all levels of an organisation including C-suite
• Ability to engage with clients across a variety of industries
• Thorough understanding of the sales process
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets
