Due to an internal promotion this world-renowned research and advisory business have an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join the Melbourne team.

This organisation provide an online platform on a subscription basis that’s widely used by C-Suite across multiple industries.

Role

The purpose of the role is to foster and develop relationships across a portfolio of 200 clients whilst proactively seeking upsell opportunities.

Although this is a proactive account management role, We’re looking for a client-centric Account Manager that demonstrates a consultative selling technique.

You will be provided with extensive one on one training on the product and have the opportunity of earning commission from day 1.

This company operate a subscription-based model and you will be measured against three main metrics:

• Renewals
• Client satisfaction
• Portfolio growth

Experience and attributes

We’re looking for a polished and professional Account Manager with experience of managing corporate clients at C-suite level.

• 2 years+ of B2B account management or sales experience
• Ability to give product presentations across all levels of an organisation
• Ability to engage with clients across a variety of industries
• Thorough understanding of the consultative sales process
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets
