Salt has partnered with a rapidly growing tech start-up who sit in between tech and media and are looking to establish their business platform in the Australian Market. To build on their existing success overseas, they are looking to hire a dedicated Client Services Director to join their team here in Sydney.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews. Is the proactive conduit in reporting progress/activities to/from clients and facilitates communication between internal teams regarding client needs. Conducts face-to-face meetings with clients,
effectively manage accounts, becoming a trusted partner for clients. Understanding their needs, desires and what is important for them to succeed.
Financial Management where necessary
Influence people and clients and provide feedback for improvement internally and externally.
Professionally presents to groups and 1/1 and produces engaging client meetings
Operational Management with an ability to resolve issues quickly
Strategizes with businesses with the intention of growing accounts and creating opportunities
Minimise risks and provide accurate solutions to drive performance
Drive value for your clients and maintain relationships
Skills:
Knowledge of online advertising industry and small & medium businesses in software, marketplace or architectural industry
Experience/demonstrated knowledge of different online networking platforms, with ability to acquire new clients through utilising these programs
Ability to drive client facing insights
Willingness to learn the ins and outs of any clients and their situations to maximise potential business outcomes
Experience with bringing campaign learnings together for holistic feedback to clients on process, policy, innovation, or educational improvement impacts on customer experience
Hubspot! Keep accurate records of all client interactions via HubSpot, providing weekly reporting to your manager on activity and sales
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google, Excel
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Responsibility for a P&L or Budget
Experience managing direct reports.
Hands on experience with Process improvement and Project Management
Driven to self improve and extend spheres of knowledge and influence.
Practical and action oriented.
Ability to sell and be persistent and aggressive.
Must be able to inspire and persuade people.
Willing to be flexible with work hours in order to support client meetings or senior level visits globally.
Ability to commit up to 50% of the year traveling to our client’s offices globally.
KPIs:
– Maintain a minimum client retention rate of 85%
– Grow your client portfolio by 15%
– Maintain a client happiness score of 120
– Maintain the renewals pipeline at least a month out from due date
