Our Global client is seeking a motivated Support and Communications Representative to assist a driven team of digital professionals. The ideal candidate will pay strong attention to detail and will have the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to interact with high priority clients and build on your existing skills in providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support on a global scale
• Ensure all customers have a positive and streamlined experience
• Working in shifts- you may be required to work on weekends
• Writing content for clients communication channels
• Provide input on policies and procedures
• Advanced use of Excel
• Contribute in project work where required

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft office skills particularly with Excel
• Attention to detail (Grammar and analytics)
• Experience within a retail or consumer service business
• Positive, upbeat and can do attitude
• Understanding of Web Content Management systems
• Works well under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Interested in Tech and motivated to progress in a technologically advanced company
• Keen to learn and build on existing knowledge
• Prior experience working across a cloud based platform highly desirable
