Our Global client is seeking a motivated Support and Communications Representative to assist a driven team of digital professionals. The ideal candidate will pay strong attention to detail and will have the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Provide exceptional customer support on a global scale
Ensure all customers have a positive and streamlined experience
Working in shifts- you may be required to work on weekends
Writing content for clients communication channels
Provide input on policies and procedures
Advanced use of Excel
Contribute in project work where required
Strong Microsoft office skills particularly with Excel
Attention to detail (Grammar and analytics)
Experience within a retail or consumer service business
Positive, upbeat and can do attitude
Understanding of Web Content Management systems
Works well under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Interested in Tech and motivated to progress in a technologically advanced company
Keen to learn and build on existing knowledge
Prior experience working across a cloud based platform highly desirable
