Customer Success Manager

The Company

Our client is a one-of-a-kind Australian SaaS vendor. Their platform is used by the biggest companies (Coca-Cola, Qantas, EY), not-for-profits (Oxfam), Schools & Universities in the world to empower their staff. With over 5million users, they’re scaling rapidly. They’re an early stage company with huge potential.

The Role

You will be the first Customer Success Manager on the team to manage their current enterprise accounts. You will be focused on working with Chief Compliance Officers and HR Directors in corporates, non for profits and universities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with world class engagement to increase overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Form relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure their implementations are aligned with their business case.
  • Monitor, identify and manage customer KPIs.
  • Manage onboarding, regular account engagement and analysis.
  • Provide customer training and business reviews
  • Consistently bring creative ideas and solutions to the business on how to improve their customer service.
  • Help to manage the Sydney office and in the future help grow the office

You

  • Looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in SaaS or Consulting
  • Background in Customer Success & Account Management.
  • Ability to quickly learn the solution, implementation best practises and deployment approach.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change management
  • Able to present to C-level executives.

Salary – Up to $75,000 base plus super & equity
