Salt has partnered with an exciting market leader in the E- learning sector and they are looking to immediately hire a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join their team.

Our client has proven success in the market and are rapidly expanding so they need their Customer Success guru to be on the ball. As an individual you pride yourself on your ability to prioritise tasks, you deliver exceptional customer support and you are confident working autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strategic customer relationships with customers across all functions of the business’s product offering
  • Conduct reviews, drive engagement, and share best practises to maintain a smooth process for customers
  • Develop plans and strategies to increase engagement and drive key metrics
  • Work closely with content strategy, product, and services teams to maximise outcomes for the business
  • Manage client renewal and retention and, identify new opportunities to upsell and cross sell products to existing business
  • Prime point of contact for customer queries, troubleshooting, resolution etc.
  • Understand data sets and analytical material to recognise trends and changes in the business ultimately assisting with decision making and product road mapping

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or equivalent title
  • Proven experience; customer retention, renewal, and growth
  • Proficiency working with CRM, CMS, WordPress LMS, etc.

Nice to have’s:

  • Experience in the E-learning space
  • A passion for property and investment
  • Saas experience
  • Ability to problem solve and translate data into action
