The client is a global Software-as-a-service platform that empowers retailers and brands to create highly effective and fully customized native apps in record time. This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia’s most prominent retail brands and build this company from the ground up.

The Customer Success Director oversees the managing of relationships with large enterprise retailers, ensuring they get the most out of the product and what it has to offer. You will be a key success point between the company and the customer, you value customer retention and growth, you are ambitious, accountable, and everyday will bring the best version of yourself to the desk. Reporting to the VP Regional Sales Director, you will be the strategic contact between the customer and the company.

Responsibilities:

● Retaining, re-signing, and upselling clients
● Ensuring clients reach their desired outcome
● Focusing on client success
● Maintaining multiple relationships externally and building strong relationships with senior contacts
● Facilitating the creation of the client app strategy and how this fits in within their overall ecommerce and company strategy
● Being an expert in core retail verticals demonstrating a clear understanding of different challenges and objectives
● Identifying problems and proposing solutions to clients before they occur and communicating these issues effectively to the client
● Expertly and naturally adapting your approach to each client

Ideal Experience:

● Min. 5 years of account management experience
● Min. 3 years in account management within ecommerce/retail
● Min. 1 year in SaaS
● Ideal: ecommerce SaaS
● Management team level client engagements
● Has a solid network of professionals within the app commerce & retail sectors
