The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of SME customers, ensuring they get the most out of the service and the value it has to offer.

You will be a key success point between the company and the customer.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of clients (up to 100 SME accounts)

· Maintain a thorough understanding of your client’s business needs and success measures

· Liaise with clients within your portfolio to propose solutions & grow the accounts through cross-and-up-selling

· Provide the highest levels of customer service

· Ensure records are accurate and up to date in the CRM

· Consistently delivering against your retention and growth targets

· Collaborate with other teams across the company including Support, Sales, and Client Services

· Continually develop your knowledge within the industry and demonstrate commercial understanding

· Have the confidence to speak with c-level stakeholders within your client group

Ideal Experience:

· Account management or Customer Success Management experience ideally from within either a digital marketing organisation, or SaaS business

· You value customer retention and growth and are organised, accountable, personable, and confident.

· Proven success in a target-driven, client-facing role

· Have excellent time management, task-switching capabilities

· Possess an inquisitive nature and are always willing to learn & grow

· Ability to develop a portfolio of accounts and build upon new referrals
