Their software offers a unified solution that simplifies and manages each process. This means restaurant owners can focus more on the business and its offerings, and less on external software management.

This software is now recognised all throughout Europe, Central America, United States and Mexico and they have now set their sites on taking over the Australian Market. This is a unique opportunity to join the Aus team in the early stages and contribute to the guaranteed success of the business.

They are currently on lookout for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can come in and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers to the platform
  • Strong capabilities with technical setup and an ability to explain complex information in simple terms
  • Cooperate with Integration team and assist with customer training practices
  • You must be confident working with a variety of customers and stakeholders- the size of the customer will be everchanging, so you aren’t afraid of tackling large projects
  • Communication is key! You will maintain strong relationships with key accounts, utilising multiple communication platforms and will always meet and exceed the expectations of your individual customers
  • Work with technical account managers and product teams to enhance processes across the business
  • Identify the customers needs in your region and adapt to each unique situation accordingly
  • Customer engagement, satisfaction and retention is the most important part of your role. You must care about the customer and always have motivation to attend to each of their intricate needs

Qualifications:

  • University bachelors degree
  • Ideally 2+ yrs experience in technical customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, that coordinate alongside your technical capabilities
  • Prioritize high volumes of questions from customers and partners and manage their needs
  • Problem solving skills must be held at a high standard
  • Autonomous worker, with confidence in your ability to resolve complex issues with different levels of clients and stakeholders
  • Motivated by challenge, and a passion in the world of start-ups
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and/or start-up environment is a plus.
  • Experience with concepts such as APIs, webhooks, coding etc. a huge advantage!
